Specialty Grains: .5 lbs Simpsons Crystal (smashed and steeped in sock)
Fermentables: 5 lbs Pilsen Malt Syrup, 1 lbs Golden Light Dry Malt Extract
Boil Additions: 1 oz Glacier (60 mins), 1 oz Kent Goldings (1 min)
Wyeast #1099 Whitbread A.le Yeast
